<p style="text-align: left;">Mr. Patrick Ekpang Obi-Akatchak is the founder of Gadol Finance Company Limited. He currently serves as the Pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. With over Fifteen (15) years banking experience, Mr. Obi-Akatchak is responsible for the daily operations of Gadol Finance Company Limited. He has carved a niche for himself and maintains a growing popularity as highly skilled and knowledgeable in credit and risk management, Investment banking, public sector and retail banking.</p> He began his career in 2007 with Oceanic bank as a relationship manager in retail banking. Following his exceptional performance, he rose to the position of the head of Microfinance and team lead Mortgage desk. He later joined First Bank Nigeria, where he rose to become a Branch Manager. In 2015, he established a financial cooperative society, employing his vast financial knowledge to provide direction for a group of individuals and small scale businesses. Today, his immense knowledge and expertise in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Portfolio Management and public sector has garnered him a growing and admirable reputation within the financial space. As a seasoned financial consultant, he currently sits on the Board of Directors of several organizations including Zenith Medical and Kidney Center, Gadol Capital Limited and Seempat Investment Company Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Madonna University Okija and a Masters in Economics from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUTH) Business School, Nigeria.

Dr. Mrs. Nnenna Adaeze Orji, an Economist, Lawyer and Jurist, was the pioneer executive Chairman of the Investments and Securities Tribunal, Nigeria (IST). She joined the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria in 1984 as pioneer head of the Legal division, and later became the Head of Enforcement Unit in SEC.  Under her leadership, the Legal & Enforcement department transformed the Securities and Exchange Commission into a world class knowledge based regulatory agency. Dr. Orji holds a B.A (Hons.) in Economics & Business Administration from Howard University, Washington DC, USA; Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D) from Howard University, School of Law, USA and LLM Degree with emphasis on corporate and commercial law from New York University (NYU), School of Law, New York. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1982. After her education in the United States, she worked with Prentice Hall, New Jersey, as a Legal Research Associate, State of New Jersey; Office of the Governor as a Legal Assistant in the Division of Program Analysis; Department of Law & Public Safety as Decision Writer & Hearing Officer. On her return from the United States of America she started private legal practice at the firm of Jessie Nwabueze & Co, as a corporate lawyer representing banks, commercial institutions and government organizations before joining the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1984. Dr. (Mrs.) Orji is currently the Managing Consultant at the Law Firm of Arial Associates. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); International Bar Association (IBA); National Association of Court Managers (NACM) USA; International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA); she is also an Associate Member of the American Bar Association. As the Chair Person of the Board of Gadol Finance Company Limited, her wealth of experience and knowledge of financial regulations has contributed immensely to our compliance with corporate governance and the overall sustainability of our business.

Esesua Adeyemi functions as an independent director in Gadol Finance Company Limited. Mrs Adeyemi’s expertise bothers on Finance, Project Management and Entrepreneurship Development. She has also acquired a number of academic degrees and competencies in these areas. She holds a BSc in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the Pan Atlantic University and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mrs. Adeyemi’s experience in finance stems from her work experiences in CA Diversified Creations Ltd where she worked as Financial Manager, Colvi Ltd where she worked as an Assistant General Manager, Petroleum Trust Fund where she worked as an Administrative Accountant and the legacy Oceanic bank where she worked in retail banking, customer service and as a credit officer. Mrs. Adeyemi is currently serving as a Complaint Resolution Supervisor at the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC). Her managerial proficiency was also sharpened by her erstwhile role as Assistant manager at the Committee for the Organization of the African Games (Comite d’organization des jeux Africaine) in 2003. As an Entrepreneurial Management specialist, she is the business creator of Just Ask Saisy Enterprise Limited and centre Coordinator of Siasy’s Home and After School Hours. Over the years, Mrs. Adeyemi’s ideas and innovations have enjoyed commendations and support through grants and scholarship from reputable bodies. Some of these include Goldman Sachs 10,000 women scholar 2012 scholarship, YOUWIN (Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria) 2013, Top 50 Etisalat Easy Business Millionaire hunt in 2014, Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship program(TEEP) in 2015 and Cherie Blair Foundation, Road to Growth Scholarship in 2016. Mrs Adeyemi continues to mentor and provide support for budding businesses in different parts of Nigeria.

With over 20 years professional experience in Real Estate and Banking sectors, Enitan has led teams and delivered projects at different management levels. Her core competencies are in Property Management, Marketing and Sales, Asset Assessment and Valuation, Loan Appraisals and restructuring, Retail banking and project finance. Enitan started her professional career with Ubosi, Eleh, & Co. Estate Surveyors and Valuers as a surveyor (1998/99), and the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing (2002), where she learnt the rudiments of real estate management. In 2002, she switched career to the banking sector, where she worked in the marketing, credit and corporate banking departments, with over 14 years cognate experience. She worked with LeadBank Plc and Ecobank within this period. In 2015, Enitan made a return to core real estate business, where she has been active in the last 7years. Bringing her banking experience to bear, she is mainly involved in project finance, asset valuation, asset management, and market analysis. Her present role as a non-executive director in Gadol Finance Company Limited affords her the opportunity to apply her knowledge in banking and finance in the improvement of our credit management. She currently heads the Board Credit Committee of the Finance Company. Mrs. Enitan holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from the reputable Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria, and is also a member and fellow of many professional bodies such as Intel Hub Project Management Institute, Abuja, Nigeria; Associate, Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers;  Registered Surveyor, Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria; Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; Associate, Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria and a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria.

Mr. Hans is a Brand marketing strategist & creative content developer with over 10 years’ experience and knowledge in the fields of Marketing, Advertising, Corporate Communications and Public relations, Sales, Social media management, Copywriting, Broadcast screenwriting, Event management and Filmmaking. Mr. Hans holds a BSc in Public Administration from the University of Abuja. He is currently the Managing director of MBX Group Ltd, a multi-sectored group of companies with interests in the finance, tourism, hospitality, real estate and ICT sectors. Mr. Hans is a non- executive director of Gadol Finance Company Limited, and heads the Board ICT and Anti-Money Laundering Committees.
