Experience & Activities

With over 20 years professional experience in Real Estate and Banking sectors, Enitan has led teams and delivered projects at different management levels. Her core competencies are in Property Management, Marketing and Sales, Asset Assessment and Valuation, Loan Appraisals and restructuring, Retail banking and project finance.

Enitan started her professional career with Ubosi, Eleh, & Co. Estate Surveyors and Valuers as a surveyor (1998/99), and the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing (2002), where she learnt the rudiments of real estate management.

In 2002, she switched career to the banking sector, where she worked in the marketing, credit and corporate banking departments, with over 14 years cognate experience. She worked with LeadBank Plc and Ecobank within this period.

In 2015, Enitan made a return to core real estate business, where she has been active in the last 7years.

Bringing her banking experience to bear, she is mainly involved in project finance, asset valuation, asset management, and market analysis. Her present role as a non-executive director in Gadol Finance Company Limited affords her the opportunity to apply her knowledge in banking and finance in the improvement of our credit management.

She currently heads the Board Credit Committee of the Finance Company.

Mrs. Enitan holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from the reputable Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria, and is also a member and fellow of many professional bodies such as Intel Hub Project Management Institute, Abuja, Nigeria; Associate, Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers;  Registered Surveyor, Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria; Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; Associate, Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria and a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria.
