Idongesit Udofia is a passionate legal practitioner with extensive internship and practical experience in legal advisory, litigation and corporate practice. He has vast experience in corporate law practice and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on finance and investment law. He has made legal representations in superior courts across Nigeria in disputes relating to credit financing, corporate shareholding, capital markets regulations, contracts, fraud, white-collar crimes, and infrastructure projects.

He started his legal career as an Associate in the law firm of Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN.  Before joining our team, he was the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Executive of HTG Limited, a reputable International ICT Company, where he oversaw the legal and corporate affairs of the organization in Nigeria.

He graduated from the University of Uyo with a degree in law (LLB), and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
