He currently serves as the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. With over Fifteen (15) years banking experience, Mr. Obi-Akatchak is responsible for the daily operations of Gadol Finance Company Limited. He has carved a niche for himself and maintains a growing popularity as highly skilled and knowledgeable in credit and risk management, Investment banking, public sector and retail banking.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He began his career in 2007 with Oceanic bank as a relationship manager in retail banking. Following his exceptional performance, he rose to the position of the head of Microfinance and team lead Mortgage desk. He later joined First Bank Nigeria, where he rose to become a Branch Manager.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">In 2015, he established a financial cooperative society, employing his vast financial knowledge to provide direction for a group of individuals and small scale businesses. <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">Alabi Olalekan (FCA) is a seasoned professional with over 14 years cognate experience in the financial services industry, covering Retail and Corporate Banking businesses ranging from Investments, SMEs and Consumer banking.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">In 2008, he started his banking career with First Bank of Nigeria limited where he spent over 14years, working in various units of the bank, acquiring various skills and special trainings. He also served as a branch manager in several branches of the bank.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He is a graduate of Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He is currently a level 11 candidate of CFA Institute.</span>

<span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">Danielle Seember Obi-Akatchak heads the Human Resources Department where she oversees the development and implementation of human capital strategy and service delivery.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">She has over a decade experience in Human Resources Management and worked with Rare Virtue Consulting where she gathered and nurtured talents for recruitment. She also created operation manuals for top companies such as Prime Pharmacy and Northern Rock Engineering.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">She majors in Management information systems, Human Resources, Branding and Quality Control. She is purpose driven, articulate, and result oriented. She has garnered great prowess in customer service, communication and media management over the years.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">She Graduated from Benue State University with a degree in Mass Communication.</span>

Idongesit Udofia is a passionate legal practitioner with extensive internship and practical experience in legal advisory, litigation and corporate practice. He has vast experience in corporate law practice and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on finance and investment law. He has made legal representations in superior courts across Nigeria in disputes relating to credit financing, corporate shareholding, capital markets regulations, contracts, fraud, white-collar crimes, and infrastructure projects. He started his legal career as an Associate in the law firm of Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN.  Before joining our team, he was the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Executive of HTG Limited, a reputable International ICT Company, where he oversaw the legal and corporate affairs of the organization in Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Uyo with a degree in law (LLB), and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

<span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">Iko Elizabeth Achille is a seasoned professional with over 12years cognate experience in the financial services Industry and 2 years in the Real Estate sector. Her experience in the finance industry covers Marketing, Credit and Risk Management.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">She started her career in United Bank for Africa Plc in Marketing and Risk Asset generation. She rose to the position of Profit Center Manager. She further worked with Project Cycle Limited, a fast growing Real Estate firm and was the Director of Operations responsible for the overall operations of the firm before joining Gadol Finance Company Limited.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">She holds a Law Degree (LL.B) from University of Abuja, a BL from the Nigerian Law School and an MBA from Bingham University. She is an Associate of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators in Nigeria.</span>

<span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">Edet Ita (ACA), is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years cognate experience which cut across Audit, financial services, fund management, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, financial analysis and advisory.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He started his career in Raphael Etim & Co. Chartered Accountants. Edet has acquired sufficient experience working in several financial organizations including Zenith Bank plc and Banex Microfinance Bank Limited. He also worked in National Council for Women Society as an Accountant for the PACFaH@Scale project.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;"> </span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Uyo and MSc in Accounting and Finance from Nasarawa state University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).</span>

<span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">Aboi John is the Head of Operations at Gadol Finance Company Limited. He has vast work experience in the banking sector. He started his banking career in 2015 with Diamond Bank Plc.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He worked in Consumer Microfinance Bank and Prestige Microfinance Bank, holding key positions such as Internal Control Officer, Customer Service, Credit Operation Officer, Verification and Recovery Officer.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;"> </span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He has also undergone several trainings on risk management, fraud detection and prevention, budget monitoring & implementation and customer service excellence.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal polytechnic Nasarawa, Nasarawa State and also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Banking (MCIB).</span>

His experience spans roles such as technology manager, and lead in various industries such as banking, education and real estate.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He is a Microsoft certified professional, Google certified trainer and an ITIL trained professional.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Roboto',serif; color: #363636;">He holds a BSc in Computer science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State.</span>

Dr. Mrs. Nnenna Adaeze Orji, an Economist, Lawyer and Jurist, was the pioneer executive Chairman of the Investments and Securities Tribunal, Nigeria (IST). She joined the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria in 1984 as pioneer head of the Legal division, and later became the Head of Enforcement Unit in SEC.  Under her leadership, the Legal & Enforcement department transformed the Securities and Exchange Commission into a world class knowledge based regulatory agency. Dr. Orji holds a B.A (Hons.) in Economics & Business Administration from Howard University, Washington DC, USA; Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D) from Howard University, School of Law, USA and LLM Degree with emphasis on corporate and commercial law from New York University (NYU), School of Law, New York. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1982. After her education in the United States, she worked with Prentice Hall, New Jersey, as a Legal Research Associate, State of New Jersey; Office of the Governor as a Legal Assistant in the Division of Program Analysis; Department of Law & Public Safety as Decision Writer & Hearing Officer. On her return from the United States of America she started private legal practice at the firm of Jessie Nwabueze & Co, as a corporate lawyer representing banks, commercial institutions and government organizations before joining the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1984. Dr. (Mrs.) Orji is currently the Managing Consultant at the Law Firm of Arial Associates. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); International Bar Association (IBA); National Association of Court Managers (NACM) USA; International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA); she is also an Associate Member of the American Bar Association. As the Chair Person of the Board of Gadol Finance Company Limited, her wealth of experience and knowledge of financial regulations has contributed immensely to our compliance with corporate governance and the overall sustainability of our business.
