Mr. Patrick Ekpang Obi-Akatchak is the founder of Gadol Financial Services Limited. He currently serves as the Pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. With over twelve (12) years banking experience, Mr Obi-Akatchak is responsible for the daily operations of Gadol Financial Services Limited. He has carved a niche for himself and maintains a growing popularity as highly skilled and knowledgeable in credit and risk management, Investment banking, public sector and retail banking. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Madonna University Okija which is renowned for the premium it places on moral values as well as knowledge impartation. Mr Obi-Akatchak also acquired a Masters in Economics from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUTH) Business School, Nigeria. He began his sojourn in the financial sector in 2008 with the legacy Oceanic Bank. Following his exceptional performance at the training academy, he was posted to the banks’ Abuja head office where he worked as a relationship manager in retail banking. Mr Obi-Akatchak’s outstanding performance in this unit resulted to higher responsibilities which included but not limited to the head of Microfinance and team lead Mortgage desk . In 2012, while holding offers from several commercial banks in Nigeria, Mr Obi-Akatchak opted for First Bank and joined the institution in 2012. He worked in Retail Banking and also handled responsibilities in credit, Investment Banking, and Treasury. He was later transferred to Public Sector where he managed a number of government accounts. Consequent upon his leadership skills and erstwhile roles, Mr Obi-Akatchak also functioned as Manager First Bank Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport branch in Abuja. Mr Obi-Akatchak resigned from First Bank in 2015 and established a financial cooperative society where he began to employ his vast financial knowledge to provide direction for a group of individuals and small scale businesses. Today, his immense knowledge and expertise in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Portfolio Management, and public sector has garnered him a growing and admirable reputation within the Nigerian financial space. He also co-founded Seempat investment Company Limited which is adjudged to be one of the successful investment companies in Abuja. His passion for education has also seen him acquire Basic International School where Rural School children are mentored and enjoy innumerable scholarships.
Queen NwachukwuNon-Executive Director
Queen Nwachukwu serves as a non-Executive Director at Gadol Financial Services Limited. Following her experience in finance, sales and human resources, she currently serves as an investment service representative at the Royal Bank of Canada. Mrs Nwachukwu is a graduate of Psychology from Imo State University and has acquired relevant certifications in Basic Credit and Customer service, Credit Risk and Portfolio Management from Finance houses of Nigeria and Marketing Psychology from Generic Concepts Ltd. Mrs Nwachukwu has a plethora of work experiences which include Human Resources officer at the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, Executive Sales Rep at D’Acero Limited, Technical Assistant at Topcare Health Plus and De Real People Finance Limited where her dedication and competence saw her rise through the ranks to become a Senior Relationship Management Officer.

Emiene OkpeHead of Marketing
Ms Okpe Emiene currently serves as Head 0f Marketing at Gadol Financial Services Limited. She is responsible for Liability Generation, Performance Management, Credit Analysis and Risk Management amongst others. Ms Okpe holds a Masters degree in Philosophy and an advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Academy Business School. Ms Okpe has over the years acquired enormous skills and experience in the financial industry where she has worked for more than a decade. She started her career in Wema bank where she rose to become a branch head of customer service. She joined the Legacy Oceanic bank in 2009 and served as Head of Cash Operations and Head of Operations at different intervals. Ms Okpe joined First Bank in 2013 and worked as Head of Funds Transfer, Relationship Manager at different times. She returned to Wema bank in 2016 and resigned afterwards to join Gadol Financial Services Limited. Following her work experience, Ms Okpe has built a reputation of diligence, integrity and efficiency. Abudei Valerie ChukwuadinulaHead Internal Control
Miss Abudei is the Head Internal Control at Gadol Financial Services Limited. Having graduated with Second class Upper from the department of Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, she is currently in pursuit of her Masters degree from the same institution. Miss Abudei was a Pioneer staff of Gadol Multi purpose cooperative society where she rose to become the Head of operations. She has acquired training in Internal Control Processes and in the management of company investment portfolio. She has a number of Accounting and Control related experiences from organisations like Terrance Construction Limited and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (Enugu State). Miss Abudei has further sharpened her knowledge in the industry form trainings attended and certifications as well. Some of the trainings and certifications include but not limited to Credit, Quickbook, Quantum Peachtree Accounting and Computer Utilities. She is renowned for her exceptional commitment and delivery of assigned tasks.

Ogbonna Emmanuel OkonkwoHead of Operations
Mr Ogbonna Emmanuel is the Head of Operations at Gadol Financial Services Limited. He has a vast work experience that spans between the academia and banking. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of Abuja and an NCE from the College of Education Zuba. Mr Ogbonnas educational work history began in 2006 where he started out as a practicing teacher in a Government owned secondary school in Abuja. Consequent upon his dedication, hard work and exceptional human relations skills, he rose to become a Vice Principal at Holy Family College Abuja. Mr Ogbonna’s who has about a decade banking experience, grew to become popular in the institution following his penchant for timely service delivery to customers and his ability to resolve queries irrespective of how complex they appeared. These qualities earned him the award of ‘Staff of the Month’ severally. It also necessitated his transfer to different units at various intervals. Mr Ogbonna worked as an Account Clearing Officer, Cashier and Customer Service Officer in some of the busiest and demanding branches in Abuja. Esesua AdeyemiIndependent Director
Esesua Adeyemi functions as an independent director in Gadol Financial Services Limited. Mrs Adeyemi’s expertise bothers on Finance, Project Management and Entrepreneurship Development. She has also acquired a number of academic degrees and competencies in these areas. She holds a BSc in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the Pan Atlantic University and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mrs. Adeyemi’s experience in finance stems from her work experiences in CA Diversified Creations Ltd where she worked as Financial Manager, Colvi Ltd where she worked as an Assistant General Manager, Petroleum Trust Fund where she worked as an Administrative Accountant and the legacy Oceanic bank where she worked in retail banking, customer service and as a credit officer. Mrs. Adeyemi is currently serving as a Complaint Resolution Supervisor at the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC). Her managerial proficiency was also sharpened by her erstwhile role as Assistant manager at the Committee for the Organization of the African Games (Comite d’organization des jeux Africaine) in 2003. He holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Jos and has over fifteen (15) years banking experience. Mr Karosi has over the years built a reputation of discipline and integrity in the financial industry. This is evident in the responsibilities he was saddled with while working with First Bank of Nigeria. While working with First Bank, Mr Karosi’s competence and propensity to meet his deliverables saw him work as the Branch Operations Manager wherein he was responsible for the provision of support regarding all areas of operations to the branch network; he also worked as a Relationship Manager where he solicited, managed and worked tirelessly to increase the branch profitability. Following Mr Korosi’s exceptional performance, he was elevated to the position of Business Manager in First Bank in 2012.
